click on unusual hat, search for trades on prev owners

Fair enough, but he bought his for 30 keys + 10 refined (2.5 keys) That's 1.2 buds. Also http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9410267 had an offer of an Orb Regea or Blizzardy Rack (1.4 a piece). Lowballs don't always account for the price. 1.2-1.4 or so would seem like a better range.

Maybe you got lucky buying for 30 keys + 10 ref. Also, that's not quite 1.1 buds. For these lower value unusuals, a few keys matter, so I think the price is a bit low.
