Resuggesting with a new range, as this is what most people deem fit.

"we don't lower unusual by pricing offer. we lower them by sale price."
Please provide sales of this item in this range before attempting to lower the price.
Regarding the proof you included:
Link one: Seller is ONLY accepting 3buds + 18keys
All other offers refused and hidden.
Link two: Is only a few days old and includes typical OP behavior of people trying to trade up their own shitty unusuals for a better one. All offers refused...seller only accepting 4 BUDS PURE
Link Three: All offers hidden and only one kept open to view was a 2 bud plus bills offer which was quickly refused.
Link Four: Seller states "I'm looking for around 3.5 in unusuals" and has hidden all offers that do not meet this requirement.
Link one: seller is not accepting 3 buds + 18 keys ONLY, it says promos ONLY, nothing else. You misread, and buyouts, as we know, do not equal the price.
Link two: where the hell did you get the 4 buds only thing?? He never said it, and he closed the trade, unsold. You make no sense.
Link three: yes, 2.33 was rejected, but it was also kept up. That means that the seller wants people to know he's not taking 2.33 buds, which is lower than the range I set.
Link four: looking for 3.5 in unusuals.It's commonly known that offers in unusuals are overpay.
You are bad at refuting. Please leave this alone now.

Best Offer: The three buds offer and the 85 keys offer were both good, but they were not very recent. All the other offers have been more recent and, well, worse. Much worse. NEXT TRADE.

Best Offer: The Harvest Panama is a pretty good offer, seeing what these Modests are selling for. But it looks like the seller wants pure only. It's a young trade, so we'll see if anything changes here. NEXT TRADE.

Best Offer: The pure here is the best offer within a week. There have been many unusual offers but so far nothing is reaching 3 buds even in unusuals. Pretty good reason to drop the price, I believe. NEXT TRADE.

CONCLUSION: Wow. These offers are awful. There may be one offer that reaches 3 buds in unusuals (the Harvest Panama), but no others. There were a few more trades up on Outpost, but they would be very redundant, as the all have the same offers as the links above. This hat looks like it needs to be dropped. That is all.

85 keys > 3 buds
There were two recent trades (look at Doller's posts) with a buyout of 3 buds. The offers of 3 buds and 85 keys were both made a month ago. From everything I've seen ever, offers from a month ago do not beat buyouts that exist now.
B/O - 3 buds-does not mean anything-it is not always upper price range .A month ago -this is not a long time and if there was an offer or buying >3 buds you should consider it .

Dude, buyouts are normally (actually, in every single case I've seen) the HIGHEST PRICE THE SELLER POSSIBLY THINKS THEY CAN GET. The buyout price would be the immediate sell for the hats. One month ago is long enough that the offers cannot be considered recent, or even valid.
