I've gotten some offers on this hat in the month that I've owned it, but nothing more than 3 buds so I don't think the 3.3 high end is justified.

* While the Stuntman is 2 - 2.5 on this site, it's a damn hard sell above 2 buds. So I've asked him to try and sell for 2 pure. Also, the Drill Helm is 1.1 buds.

Basically 3.1 is attainable, but anything beyond that is ridiculously hard because nobody wants to buy my shitty hat. Not sure about the low end since I bought mine a month ago for a hat that's 2 - 2.6 buds on this site. But I'm getting enough ~3 buds offers that I think 2.9 is a good lower bound.
