Many selling for 10 keys, and no one is buying them. I think that this should be the price.

You need more proof than that, the 1st link is just 14 hours old, and someone offered 8 keys, the 2nd link has one person buying it for his said price which is 10 keys. The Classifieds link has a lot of 10 key seller though, neutral for now.

From all your suggestions, I see that you're raising the prices of only items you have.

You had 5 when you tried raising the price yesterday to 10 - 12 keys.

In multiple instances you've tried raising the V. Bill's to sell it for more.

Its now a well liked hat. You dont see regular hats worth too much anywhere. While you see salvaged items worth 1 - 2 bud.

I'm providing a general consensus on the market. It seems like there's no buyers anymore and all offers of 10+ keys occurred before the 10 key price change was accepted). However, I don't see any trades happening at 9 or 10 keys, just offers.

Within the past 3 days i had a trade open for selling Salvaged Crate 40's for 10Keys Each. Out of all of the 41 Salvaged Crate 40's I owned only 1 person added me for that price which was when i first started trading them away. The other 2 that I sold for 10Keys I had to search for someone willing to pay that price while I was constantly bumping my own trade every 30min. The last 38 left had to either do 3:1 for earbuds or sell for 9Keys Each. Mind you i was constantly scanning both tf2outpost and tf2tp (f5f5f5f5f5f5) to find people who would actually pay 10Keys for them. IMO the price should be lowered to 9Keys (but I dont really ever use this site enough to create my own price suggestion). There are numerous sellers still attempting to sell these crates for well over 11Keys, yet I have yet to see any c/o's that are even moderately recent. As for crates that people are reaching agreements on, at or around 9Keys, seems to be more plausible.

A market is any place where the sellers of a particular good or service can meet with the buyers of that goods and service where there is a potential for a transaction to take place. The buyers must have something they can offer in exchange for there to be a potential transaction.

There is a chance people are buying low to sell them high; however, once they acquire these crates they seem to not be able to profit on them since there is basically no market above 9Keys. Essentially, why pay 10Keys when people are offering their crates on trades for 9Keys?

If you say people are offering them for 9 keys, then all this suggestion needs is sellers selling for 9 keys. People getting rid of them for 9 keys because they need the keys is another story.

Correct. In my first post above I was only taking the buyers POV; however, when i glanced through the sellers POV mainly all of the c/o's were outdated and there were little to no indicators that trades taking place at the 10Key or above range. In general, it seems that buyers are hesitant to budge past 9Keys and the majority of sellers are hesitant to drop below 10Keys. Assuming this site is run on the current market price (price of which there are actual transactions between buyers and sellers), 9 Keys seems to be the current price. Could it change overnight? Sure. But as of now there are still enough selling at 9Keys to be able to hold it at that price.

Sold my 3 for a bud and then got the bud revoked and got trade banned.

Bringing price down to buy them cheaper before they can increase. Many were sold at 11 key and 12 key price. Those who wanted it already got it. No need for price decrease downvote. ( price only goes up in time not down. Its already low)

Why drop it? Even when the crate 50 came out, it should be HIGHER not lower.

you got to understand this is a legitimate price change since there are alot more of these stranges and crates if you take crate 30 there are not as much of those and about 4000 crates

People believed the initial hype that once it stopped dropping it would just go up forever in price. Lots of crate 40's out there in alts etc.., After a year most people will have had the opporunity to buy the items inside. This will not go the way of crate #30..

Who says you're the 95%? And rejecting means nothing for proof if you havent sold either. There are several people selling for 9 keys, are they all quicksellers because you want them to be?
