Since you are new here, I am going to explain how things work.
You (the suggester) provide proof for why this should be the new price (For example, since this has a range, you would provide proof of failed trades at 1.33 Refined, and successful ones at 1.66 Refined). Provide enough proof for both sides, and then we will talk.
