Buyers:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9064049 (2 weeks, buying for 0.66)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8588223 (1 month, buying for 0.33)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9349367 (3 days, buying for 0.55)
hopefully, this is a sufficient suggestion.
I don't think 1 person offering at 1.22 is sufficient to change the price. This is a very common hat that some people sell CLEAN at 1.22. I can't give this a check without more proof.
i would put more proof if there were any more to post: http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/88990865
If the hat is so common as you claim, please post a few counter proof links.

Weird Range
what would you suggest?
The minimum should be .66 since buyers are buying it for that
I agree with this, the range is weird, 0.66 would have been better, this doesn't change the fact that the new price is more accurate then the previous one.
Ramses bought their gold one for a crafthat+0.33ref 2 weeks ago http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8826841
thing is, it's hard using painted items as proof, because these are suggestions on only the hat (unpainted)
I did.
suggested range is fine for the lack of sales
