This hat is worth alot and it makes no sense at all because it's not really that rare and can be bought in the store too

...It makes sense because these things are being traded for at this price?

Until you bring us proof that these are being sold for 4 Ref, the price isn't going to be changed to that by magic.

1)Prices are based on the price of people bought/sold and not if the items are rare or not.

2)You need proof to support your suggestion

Not how this site works, mate.

Team Captains are real popular because they are fairly rare, but also because of the Street Fighter reference behind it, people are selling and buying at around 5.33-5.66 ive seen many in trade servers, but if you want to jack up the price, you need to add proof links in your suggestion description.
