Here are all the ones at outpost. There are only 3 of them but 2 of the trades were so old I decided to do this.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8470189 - Has a B/O of 3 buds, was offered that a month ago, the trade never happened. No offers after that.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7977301 - 2 months old, the only offer was a knifestorm ol' geezer a week ago. The trade didn't happen.

Basically, the one good offer is from a month ago and after that there's absolutely no interest with the current price.

      I'd want a much more thorough analysis and a look at what prior owners had been offered and may have sold for if we're going to be dropping a price through offers.

        It should be lowered but 2.2-2.8 is too low, 2.5-3 would be fine until more sales take place
