TL;DR Anything under 2 has become a quicksell price, and are snatched up very quickly by collectors.

He got offered a key for it, but the person who offered got another one after presumably the trade owner didn't respond.
The price range is a little high,you need to post more proof that show these can easly sell for 2-2.33

As far as I know, these are rare-ish on outpost. Either they are posted by (sigh) noobs who sell for very cheap, or put up by collectors. As of now i think there are only 3-4 that are up for grabs.
Hey bro :D i know its rare but look at my unusual only 2 exist,has a god tier effect but its not worth 40 buds xD so you need solid proof for this suggestion to be accepted so a tip for you: look at the price theze were sold by the previous owners
