Given the frequent 2.3+ offers that get turned down, I think it's safe to ignore what appears to be a quickseller. I'll have to keep my eye on it to see what happens. If I had to guess, it'll probably be bought and then re-sold.

I think 2.6 for the low end may be too low, but given the lack of sales it's impossible to put it higher. High end's pretty clear, though.
