Sorry if I don't have much ''seller'' proof as nearly all of them are unsuccesful sellers looking to get a bud.
The problem is, you can refuse a certain price, but that doesn't mean that they are getting offers below that. You should find proof of people successfully buying/selling in your suggested range.
On it, it might take a while. Also People want to sell in my offered range, just not any takers, but the takers are ''buying quiksel'' kind of traders, but I think it still proves my point

there has been almost 0 action on the trades on outpost. i think buyers are waiting for the price to go down and sellers don't know how much they should sell it for now.

I think you still have the whole supply/demand concept backwards.
Items that sell and for which they sell determine the range. Not what people are willing to offer to potential sellers.

Like I said before, your range is way too low with almost zero proof suggesting that these are not moving in or above the current range.
2nd one is so desperate that I saw his offer in a lot of trades, probably he really wanted it
1 hour from offer is NOT old - and both links are still counter-proof
1rst didn't sell because it not even his/her own original. 2nd offer doesn't have the keys check his/her back pack.
People can offer and buy keys before trade. I do it all the time
oh no i know that its just this is almost one of the only offers today what means the demand for this item is shockingly low. but if you need more convincing here is another trade for 21 keys.

Agreed - good proof. It's almost as if the range might need to be 21-25 because of the fluctuation between the offers/deals.

1st and 2nd are the same person, 3rd is old, 4th is ok, 25 keys on 5th one is old and 6th is also old
The more recent offers on those are more closer to 21-23 key range
who should want this? just because of the good sound, or because its in da middle of the screen?. imo Valve should have taken the cow mangler, way more interesting.
Your range is good, but some trades still happen at 24 keys. The other one is more accurate for now, sorry.
