Why not 1.33-1.66 range ?
Because over the past few days, i've seen a few 1 ref sellers that get sold pretty quickly. I can post a screenshot of the ones that i bought for that low.
Basically what i'm trying to say is that some people are still willing to sell for a ref.
I would say 1.33-1.66 is better as Do0octor said. Even though you 'claim' that there are sine 1 ref sellers, it doesn't overtake the fact that there are plenty of 1.33-1.66 sellers.

If you want it to be 1.33-1.66. Accept this price first and then suggest another, but this needs to be passed because 1-1.33 is way wrong.
This suggestion is whether to change the high-end or not. You either vote to change it, or you vote to keep it at 1.33.
