With offers above the current range in the last week and some pure offers at the current high end that are rejected this needs a bit of a bump. it has also been 4 months so it's re-conformation time,

Low will be 15 as current pure offers are there (owner lookign for a bit more in pure)

High will be 15.6 as unusual offers of 17 are present (beams bonks seem to be dropping though dupes only going for 12 so not sure about both bonk offers)
