Yeah, I know this crate just had a price bump a month ago, but it's easy to get .22 out of ol' #8 here.
Disclaimer: I'm currently selling a few of these. That's why I noticed the price is a little off here. I have a vested interest in seeing these rise, but that's not the purpose of this bump. Please take this into account.
Every relevant seller link is here:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9375780 - selling @ .22 with recent add
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9035673 - selling @ .11 with an add 1 week ago (not autobumped)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9395827 - c/o is .11 after 2 days (not autobumped)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9209595 - unsold @ .33 (1 week old)
Analysis: Link #2 is the outlier here, since link #6 is unsold @ 1 week for the same price. .22 isn't guaranteed by any means (links #4 & 5), hence a range of .11 - .22.
An aside - If anyone has a better suggestion to take a picture of crate trades, let me know. I had to open two browsers in my trade history because the stupid popup covers the rest of the trade.
A quick update - I no longer have any #8 crates. This fine gentleman bought them all @ .22 plus a bunch others just after I put this suggestion up: http://img825.imageshack.us/img825/2472/45510976.png
