His link has proof in it, that's why he linked to it. He's taking his previous proof and revamping the price.

that's just 4 trades with the offers on the trades it has no proof of a seller selling it for 3.0 buds. that's what i meant by where's the proof. not to mention it really isn't a new suggestion its way too close to the old one. just because a price is old doesn't always mean it should be updated like the bill is 7 months old but the price is still correct.

i just got offered steaming modest, crate #40, 6 keys, and 1 bill 3.2 buds with overpay factored in, but the buyer says he can pay more.

Which is still in 3.5 buds range. Most people incline to offer more than 3.5 buds in unusual or promos because they can get Blizzardy modest instead.

No my evidence proves that people are still willing to pay more than 3 buds. I don't really think this price needs an update honestly when I bought the hat most of the c/o's were in this range.
