First off, you need to give us screenshots of these offers. EDIT: I see your link now.

Second, even if you did get higher offers, you do not represent the entire market. Backpack.tf needs to show an accurate price for EVERYONE, not just what you are getting for

Its alright but I got offered like 3.66 4 times QUICK and like 3.88 and 4 refined in a day! I just sold for 4 refined! Thanks though!

My proof actually helps your suggestion, since they're getting high offers on low-tier paints nobody adds more for.

Yes it is necessary.

Open steam, go to your profile, in the right bar is says "inventory". Click that. You will see your inventory. In the top right corner of your inventory box it will say "inventory history". Click that. Take a screenshot and upload it to imgur or tinypic or something.

Well the offer WAS a week ago, he most likely spent it.

I found a single page on outpost and here is what I found

All offers apparently have not gone through so this is not indicative of a new price but simply proof that people are overvaluing their items
