There are 2 on outpost at the moment one being mine.

Current offers on both are 4.5 buds and I have gotten other 4.5 buds offers on unusual servers.

Being only 9 in the world makes this a rarity.

the other one has a b/o of 4.5, and your basing the price from the offer of a single person. More people need to be willing to pay that, instead of just 1

The high range is too high for sales and offers topping at 4.5. There is also a buyout at 4.5: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9382254. It is supposedly being paid but most people that do this end up not following through.
