No seller for 1.66, only some quickbuyers for 1.66
Proof:
offer of 2 ref or higher or sold for 2 ref or higher:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8815932 (3 ref sold?)
multiple 1.66 offers declined:

and now Quickbuyers buying for 1.66

So Buyers still have success at 1.66, but 2 ref sellers are also very successfull, some even higher.
on a side note: 1.66 being the minimum price wouldn't be 'quickbuying'
this will probably rise even more, but 1.66 straight is definetely too low. maybe 2 flat would even be better. but for a start...
I disagree completely, it is obvious that 1.66 is not too low. Using your post as proof http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9366230 there are a lot of willing sellers for 1.66
thats why i put 1.66 in the range, but there are lots of quickbuyers for 1.66. But as you can see 2 ref sellers are also having success
kind of weird since you own 47 of these and you're trying to raise the price
true, but this doesnt change that fact that 2 ref sales happen a lot
ik im just saying
