Hello, this is my first unusual price suggestion, in fact my first price suggestion, so constructive criticism would be helpful. Also, i do own this hat, please don't hate on me for that.
This price is 3 months old and i feel it deserves a little raise.

Where's the proof of 2.2? When looking at offers in unusuals, they are considered to be an overpay, so you must look at about 90% of the price of the offered unusual.
Ahh i did forget about that, however, the offer of the Cauldron Bubbles Stout Shako is 2.15 buds and the stormy phantom is 2.195. But if this one fails I'll definitely try to resubmit it with a lower higher value.
Well as it is, 2.1 is not a bad high value, as your value is .1 bud higher... I personally think it's pretty good where it is.

for the max offers, you must look to see if they are lv.1 or lv.7 maxes, as that decreases the value. also please use unusual/item overpay
What should i use to determine that, any sort of calculations i could use?
if a unusual hat is worth 1.5-2 buds, use 1.4 buds as unusual overpay, because seller may be able to sell @1.7 buds. if its a tighter range, such as 1.5-1.6 buds, use 1.3 or even 1.2 buds as unusual overpay. max just minus .5 buds

little wrong : If the hat is worth 1.6-2 -look at the average price of : 1.6+2 / 2=1.8 buds in unusual ~1.8 x 0.9~1.62 buds pure. Lower price range ( 1,6) not always accurate .
refresh with .1 difference is fine.
