Searching around Outpost Found that a uncraftable Ketche is getting offered on a c/o 5 buds pure... Since its lvl 100 that he got offered it may be the max side of the pricing and also that only 25 are not craftable of this moment I post. 1 on outpost As well. ~Proof down below~

NOTE it may be a ugly hat but the uncraftable quality is Really Rare

Thats why I didnt state the 5 buds part. Also that this is a rare hat.. It still needs a price update and I cant find any other uncraftable ketche's on sites

That seller is the best example of an Outpost trader.

EDIT: on even further inspection, he bought something worth his money.

He bought a unusual allready.

Special levels/Paint/Overpay etc. does NOT validate a new price suggestion. In this case, find "ordinary" uncraftable Jannissary's (Janisseries?) and THEN see if it warrants a new suggestion due to higher/lower offers/sells.

I sold one of these for 12 keys after months of waiting, ridiculous price.

Apparently the owner payed a stormy raincatcher and probably sweets: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5349817. Keep in mind it's level 100.

Of 5 months selling, he has one offer that hasn't been either retracted or 1 ref... a steaming Robin, which is worth 18-22 keys ,after item overpay the offer is 16.2-19.8 keys. Nowhere close to 3 buds and there is never a 3 bud offer.
