This Weapons Does not sell for 4 keys.

Not going to show any Buyers because theres not many of them. highest one i found was 3key Buyer. and i sold my medigun to him.

You haven't provided other than you sold yours to someone for 3 keys, and that isn't proof.

That Looks like extreme lowball according to current price. as i said i found 3 key buyer and i sold my medi to him.i can show Screenshot if needed.

If all your proof is just it being unsold at 4 keys the price shouldn't be 3 keys flat. The range would be much better 3.5-4 keys or 3-4 keys. I don't really agree with the range so I'm going to stay neutral.

When I went to check classifieds, there was one listed at 3.5 keys, but the user didn't have it anymore. Maybe it was sold. There is another one available at 3.5 keys, and a bunch unsold for 4. So, while 4 keys is high, 3 keys flat might be a tad low.

A few of these have sold, it seems it is possible to get 3.5 for it. I think 3 keys flat is a bit low
