http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9418183 another BO of 23 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9514905 BO of 27 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9530424 BO of 25 keys
ONLY offer I could find on any of them (second link I believe) was a smoking hetman's and like 2.5 keys in sweets. (18 keys if you're being generous)
your items are going down... down town!!

B/O not always upper price range, where did you get 18 keys, explain to why 18?
Considering the highest offer between about 7 links has been about 18 keys in value, there isn't much to establish a lower end with, but considering that even at 1 month old trades, 23 keys is my only point to establish a high at, as I believe for the most part, when there are bumps, they should be somewhat gradual unless there is tons of proof.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9526882 ?
He sold it, looking into what it was sold for.
probably sold for Orbiting Planets Troublemaker's Tossle Cap (~2,2)-sweets (keys) you can look on the history of the backpack ) http://www.tf2outpost.com/backpack/310858
I find it extremely hard to believe that, I'll ask the owners :P
there was a surcharge (keys available) - me laziness to look for
Still, it's safe to assume that was an outlier and that the untaken BO's are more proof than anything else
