Without looking at these, I'm almost certain that they are buyouts.

It appears you don't understand how trading works. None of those have sold and the second link is really old, and back then the huntsman was in the 20 key range and that is where the offers came from. I can ask 1 bud for a weapon, but that doesn't mean it's worth 1 bud unless it actually sells or gets that offer,
