Good things about this suggestion:

-Lots of proof

-Reasonable range

-Mostly accurate

Bad things about this suggestion:

-Uses quicksell-buyers as proof. (just why would you ever do this)

-Uses trades where the offers are other items but hasn't discounted the price accordingly. (Minor)

-Does not mention that some of the offers used as evidence have been retracted.

Overall, I'd say that your proof of sellers is somewhat iffy. While it's true that people are declining offers of 1 ref, and others have been asking for 1 ref, you've also got some inaccurate examples which don't accurately reflect the value. Also, you've listed quicksell-buyers. I just don't even understand why you would do that.

I'll upvote this because it's clear the value is going up, but I'd recommend reviewing your proof.
