NEED HELP WITH THE HIGH END. Pretty much, lots of offers in the 7-8 bud range, none in 8-9, but 4 offers over 9 buds in unusual overpay. I am fully willing to close this and open it again at a new range.

you should really calculate out what the offerer wants the owner to add, e.g. Veil if he adds 2 isn't ~9.2, it's about 8 (not sure what kind of magic maths u were doing), knifestorm modest if he adds 1 also isn't 9.8 in my books, it's like 8.5 (pretty massive range, I'd count it as about 9.5 pure), scorching milkman (6) + nab tc (3) if he adds 1 comes up to 8, beams hoodie (5.5) + g.e. hotdog (1.5) + 1 is also pretty much 8 flat, so in conclusion I guess the range you suggested looks pretty good, the knifestorm modest offer is a little higher, but as I said that thing has a massive range and if it's being offered on this hat it's probably a tough sale

I'm just going by the middle price of what backpack.tf is, not sure what you're using.

unusual overpay factored in already, that's pretty much the standard procedure, nobody accepts unusuals at their middle price

I'm just pricing them how I usually price them, but most of the one's I've done have been much lower tier unusuals. But I guess I need to factor in more unusual overpay with higher tier hats. Thanks for the help.
