There's a previous price and a current price. I mistakenly used the "previous" price, which is 3 months old. The "current" price (1.66-2) is 1 month old.

Well, if you consider the fact that 1 ref is ~.35 usd.

true but you can't buy keys from the steam market, and a key is $2.16, so thats about 4.22 ref for $2.16, then $1.09 is about 2.05

.35(ref) is to 1.41(key) on paypal as

.62(ref) is to 2.49(key) on steam $.

1 ref is NOT ~.54 USD

many festives are sold a little higher than the current price, but you shouldnt rise it as long as there are people selling for less imo

Instead of saying that how about you find some counter proof if you think it's that easy to find sellers willing to go lower.

I saw a some people buying for 1.66, and some sellers are unwilling to sell for that price. Voters agree, so I'll accept it.
