Old price and realllllllyyyy low compared to actual selling price. Fixed range from last suggestion.

The reason why this is valued higher is because of a possibly theme with the fetti and candles, could be argued its a birthday candle blah blah not pricecheck so ill shuttup

SO! This range comes from the beams coupe mainly along with my buying price. The peace tree brings down the low end and the high end. The gonzilla and the bills were obvious sharks so they were disregarded. Counterproof is welcome.

This hat has never been voted on for a price. To me, any trade in the last 6 months is fair game because it would be a more accurate representation than the current range.

true-very true, i wont lie on his last suggestion that he closed an hour ago, i didnt look at the dates, but when i came back (which was sooner than i thought) i saw the comments, checked for myself then realized its decent proof but i dont feel comfortable upvoting OR downvoting his suggestion for that matter.

But I found this trade on outpost you could use as proof! This person won't accept LESS THAN ONE BUD, and they agree that the backpack.tf price is wrong!

Do you have a point? Those trades are far in the past because they are the only ones on OP. I priced the unusuals what they were priced at time of sale so it should be fine. As linking my trade, I was warding off lowballers and I hardly see why it's relevant to this suggestion.

They're far in the past, thats exactly my point. Prices from six months ago are completely irrelevant now.

And its fairly common for people to post suggestions in an attempt to raise the price's value in their backpack. It wouldn't be much of a stretch to think they might try to do it to get more profit by selling it.

If the price raises as you've suggested, thats almost a full bud increase. Thats an immediate profit whether you want to admit it or not.

Alrighty, here's an idea instead of making conspiracy theories why don't you go find some counterproof

Counterproof? I'll simply look back at your original post and see the Gonzilla trade. You claim its 'sharking' but the fetti Gonzilla's range is within the lower part of the current range. (I will agree that the Bills 1:1 is clearly an awful deal)

Its getting late now, but if this is still open tomorrow, I'll see what I can find as counterproof. I doubt it'll be more than one or two trades, since only three of these exist. For all I know, this could be the only one ever sold (and outpost not showing closed trades won't help)

Ok thats fair, the reason i called it sharking is because the dude bought it for a peace tree then sold it for the gonzilla. So he was a terrible trader obviously but you can formulate your opinion however you choose. At least I included it haha could have hid it.

So I went out to look for counterproof, here's what I found:

Aaaaand...that was the only other trade I was able to find. I wasn't able to prove you wrong (Although I didn't really help prove your range either). HOWEVER I was able to prove that the current range isn't correct. This won't sell for 22 keys.

Yes, old price is way off. But you bought it from the last owner, along with 29 other painted waxys, for around $60? http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8925754 - they were all painted. If we take a conservative estimate of 2 ref for each waxy, that turns out to be 58 ref or about 14 keys using a key price of 4.11. Buds are about $33 each, so 60 would be 1.8 buds, minus the 14 key value, would get about 1.3 for this hat alone.
