Many people have max head offers, and unusual offers near a max if not more, so 1.5 to 2 buds is good for this hat.

I dunno most of the max head offers look either retracted or like they never had one to begin with. I don't think the guy in the third link bought one either...? Definitely needs a bump but I'm not sure 2 is the best high end.
