Lots of people are selling it for 8keys +1 or 2 ref. It's quite hard to find people selling it at 8 keys. Some evidence below:

i see them being sold for 8 keys all the time on trade servers. 8 keys is the standard price. plus you dont have near enough proof to change the price of bills

Not NEARLY enough proof. 40+ sold links would be good, 4 unsold links... not so much.
