I didn't include repeating offers and the reason for the high end to be 1.8 are the repetitive 1.7 offers, shows it's possible to push past 1.7.

Did you even look at the other offers? There are offers of 1.5, that's why it's in there.

You have to consider unusual overpay on each of those. So the 1.7 unusual offers aren't really 1.7. I would think that 1.5-1.7 would be best. But heck, it's only 2.5 keys! UPVOTE!
