2nd link has no relation to what you're talking about.

3rd link has a C/O of S.F. Grenade + Undefined amount of metal, which is 12 keys.

4th link has an offer of a gifted 15 - 20 key unusual hat from months ago. (Factor in Unusual overpay and you have <14 keys.)

5th link has a retracted offer.

6th link has either a fake C/O or one that cannot be proved.

Gonna disagree with this one, find sellers for 12 from time to time( not on outpost as often) but 13 isnt exactly an easy sale. It takes time. If u had more modern proof of success at 14 keys then i would upvote
