Needs a bump down. There was only one trade that was selling this rare uncraft, and it was sold 3 days ago (after 2 weeks of posting, seller also have closed trades involving the bucket):

Edit: he reduced his B/O to 5 buds and received an offer of 10 keys which he rejected.

He can reported for that, because he sells this item x5 times higher then normal. He buyed this hat for 16 keys and now.. Tssshh well....

I doubt they would do anything to him tho, its a rare item and the only one in outpost that is actually selling. He can set whatever price he wants, just that he won't really get any offers around that region. We'll see.
