My question is that with 50s going down in price, will the 40s and 30s go up?

Yep, since the old salvaged's no longer dropping they will slowly go up in price. With crate 50's becoming more common bye the day they are dropping in price.

Some of those 14 sellers apparently changed BO to 13 and sold... one of the 15 key sellers managed to sell, and one changed BO to 14. Classifieds has a bunch unsold for 15, and one at 14.
