No less than 13 selling for under your suggested price, and I didn't even have to look offsite.

You are actually showing people failing to sell at 1 refined, their medigun's sitting there unsold. You have countered your own 1 ref suggestion.

But that doesn't mean that people are buying it for 1 ref

Down-voted, include proof of sales the next time you try to make a price suggestion.

Please find more SOLD for 1 ref. If you also see some sold for 0.66, make it 0.66-1.

I guess the reason it's being sold a solid ref is because the buyers don't have the exact amount for it and don't want to spend a few seconds breaking down their metal. Or I could be completly wrong.

http://backpack.tf/classifieds/search/211/11/0 - can be easily found for less than 1 ref, I'm afraid 1 ref flat is too high. Also, the links you showed are unsold, and are not very good evidence. Best evidence for increasing a price is to show actual sales at the suggested price.
