Well look up there is 3-7 ref offers (offers for their own hat) + 90% of the people who sell it are unsold at 2 keys..

Unsold for a day or two doesn't mean anything. If they are sold at 1.6-1.9 then that's different. You don't have enough selling in that range to support this claim.
