Very low offers for this hat and not too many at all. i sold one for a very low price of 1 bud and a few keys worth of items. Consistent offers of 1 bud pure no more, no less.

This trade had an offer of 1 bud and nuts baker boy before he realized that it wasnt worth that much and offered 1:1 with blizzard prancers pride. This trade also had a 1:1 offer with planets HWNN, worth around 1.3-1.4 buds.

This trade (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8562619) proves that 1 bud is a good low value because of the steady and consistent 1 bud offers. 1 month ago there was also a 1 bud 1 bills offer so it is possible to reach 1.4-1.5 with a lot of patience.

I'm very picky with the low value unusuals, since a few keys can make a difference. One bud offers are consistently rejected, and you got 3-4 keys worth of items on top of a bud. Blizz prancers is worth about 1.1 pure, and planets HWNN is about 1.3 pure. Maybe a low range of 1.1 or 1.2 would be better.

yea thats true but 1 bud pure offers are made much more frequent than unusual offers of 1.1-1.2 buds. 1 bud is probably the good low price cuz its easily achievable.

and also, it took a lot of time and effort to even persuade the buyer to add a couple of items. definitely hard to squeeze over 1.1-1.2
