Looking at the offers 25-30 keys is good here.
First: No. Highest offer does not actually have the hat.
Second: Maybe. 1.1 was denied, but the bloke is not in the inv anymore.
Third: No. There was not even a beanie or a Blizzardy Cowl.
Fourth: Offer of 5 days ago. Inactive trade owner?
Fifth: Hid own post
Last: Trader says the hat is worth 25 indeed, which is the bottom of your range.
Would like to see more steady proof.
1st: Yes, he does not have the hat yet it was still 12 hours ago he responded to a 1 day old post meaning time zone may be different. I didn't say it was sold yet
2nd: Yes it's not in his bp anymore, but what do you expect? He rejected and it was time for him to move on
3rd: Edited that out. That was from another proof
4th: Your point? It's an offer still...
5th: Yes, and so? There are still offers above it. It shows that he was interested until he sold it.
6th: Yes, it's in the range. Your point being?

Cmon man, if you wanna pick on my links at least do it accurately
1: It wasn't sold, and he does not have the hat, meaning he's offering stuff he does not have. And nothing about "does not have yet".
2: Was a maybe, meaning no positives/negatives.
3: Thank you for fixing that.
4: He easily could've stopped caring about trading the hat, or did not like the offer.
5: Offers above it are not bud-worthy, and it means that the hat was not worth his bud
6: Should've made that more clear. Sorry for that.
Also, I just think that the proof is not sufficient for me.
1. http://www.tf2outpost.com/backpack/72462 - It's in his backpack
2. Ok
3. Np
4. Maybe he was busy.
5. Offers above it are unusual offers above 1 bud. It is.
6. That's k
And that's fine if you don't think it's enough proof. I'm not forcing you to upvote neither downvote. Vote as you will.
I agree ( You have become more accurate (with a margin) to approach to the price ) UP+
