This needs to fall. I know this expression is overused, but the hype is over, folks!

Personal proof: I sold mine for 3 keys and a TOD ticket, and the guy was reluctant. Also: Just look at the classifieds, 3.5-4 keys all the way around, multiple people selling for under 4.

Most of all, though, just look at the classifieds. If someone's going to sell for 3.5 keys, why is that not in the range??
