Resuggesting
I had a ref suggestion because I found so many offers, but I realized that if you want the price of an item to go up, there have to be close to none that are still selling at the current price. But, price of this item does need to go up.If accepted Rep goes to Sir J-j-jon [1214 V. Dalokohs!!]

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9490328 SOLD OUT .55
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9516291 accepted .66
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9481415 would accept .66
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9562404 b/o .66
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9653717 b/o .66
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9573904 b/o .66-.77
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9627858 b/o .77
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9559882 b/o .77
Selling =/= sold, you need to have more instances of people offering .66 and .77. I'm staying neutral until then.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7840786 -sold 2 for a ref each
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7830362 - ref offer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9461416 -3 rejected offers for .66
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8374616 -sold for 1 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9296797 -sold for 1 ref

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9391457 -sold 1 for 1 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9081681 -sold 2 for 1 ref
If this is your proof, shouldn't the range be .66-1 ref? I don't see where you got the .77 on the high end
been there done that, look at this and read the bottom comment

b/o is what the seller wants, it says nothing about demand or how many sold. I can set b/o for my strange big earner at a bud.
it represents that people are selling less for .66 but rather .77. Thats all the sold is in the comments and at th top
oh ok, didn't notice that, I'm stupid. Sorry.
is there any point why not to make it 0,66 flat?
