Yes, I own this hat (hooray price-manipulating), but this price is severely under-priced. I put up my hat yesterday, and I have already gotten several offers worth over 4 buds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9652578
-NnB Killer Exclusive (3.1 - 3.7 according to this site) + 2 portal 2 boxes (15 keys each) -- Total: 3.8 - 4.5, taking into account unusual overpay
-Burning Ze Goggles (4.6 - 5.7 says this site) if I add a bud -- Total: 3.4 - 4.4, taking into account unusual overpay.
There is also another on outpost ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9203002 ). This user has gotten an offer of 3.5 pure, 2 offers of 4 pure (not sure if this is a typo, I only see one offer of 4 pure here), an offer of 2 Maxes (albeit duped/Level 1), and a Beams Shako (4.1 - 4.4 via backpack.tf).
The current listed price does not reflect the true price of the hat. I bought mine for 4+ buds despite what was listed here, and I personally found it to be a fair trade.
price manipulator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ban pls. (Upvoted for good proof.)
Thanks! I was getting a bit worried since no one had commented. And this is also my first time price suggesting an unusual
Technically, your first time overall. Anyways, you don't need to get worried if no one comments or not. Most of the time, if no one's commenting, they either agree with you or are too lazy to provide counterproof. For example, here's a suggestion I made in the past where no one commented: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/511c47feba2536af2a000001 . It still got accepted though because I had good proof.
Ze goggles price is a little off, i had an offer of those on my 4-4.5 bud unusual i used to have. Unusual prices don't really show that much proof because of the overpay required for resell. However, usually with high b/o's on unusuals comes high offers for desired hats. Not sure what to think of this one considering the sale history is terrible.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9373837 - looks like you paid 4 pure for this hat
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9001916 - looks like it sold for a beams fro (3.6-3.9): http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440/1528017375/47/5
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9008748 - probably sold for blizz HWNN (2-2.1) + smoking private eye (1.2-1.5) + maybe a bud
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8231085 - bought knifestorm beanie (2.8-4, old price) with this hat
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8359659 - sold for p.energy chieftans (3.2-4.1) + service medal 12xx (10 keys or so)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9203002 - retracted 4 pure, 2 duped max heads
I think you paid the most out of the previous sales. If you could provide a screenshot of your trading history, it would solidify this suggestion.

And how did you find closed trades? Just curious
WALLHAX
I look at the item history, then track the user of said item, and look at all the trades the user has made in the past. Sometimes the trader will list what has been sold for what, other times I compare item histories to find out.
Thanks for the screenshot. While I think you might have slightly overpayed, the older sales are around the suggested low price, and one trader seems to have gotten a few (retracted) offers at the high range. I think this is acceptable.
