I don't agree with 2.66-3 ref. as the range, I can agree with raising it, but removing 2.33 from the range, that's too early for now.

And 3 ref. isn't the correct high end, not enough sales at it.

Conclusion:

Buying trades at 2.33 ref. removes 2 ref. from the range, to some degree.

People are still willing to sell under 2.33 ref. though, and that's why 2.66 shouldn't be the low end.

There's success at 3 ref. and above, but not enough to put that in the range, so 2.66 is the best high end.
