Suggestion: The Texas Half-Pants at 3–3.66 ref

Man, I don't like it when people just choose what proof to include that benefits them in their range and KNOWINGLY don't include proof that doesn't support their range. The purpose of this website is to inform and not to deceive people. Why not include my counterproof when I did all the work for you on your previous suggestion? Let the people decide what it should be worth by presenting ALL of the data.

Fair enough. I think we can call that one a wash. Can't tell from bp history what he actually sold for. He does say firm at 3.66 ref and the buyer for 3.11 ref doesn't seem to be a quickbuyer since he has only 1 in his bp, so he may have just paid 3.66 ref. But we just don't know. I'll mark it accordingly in my comments above.

If buy many people, you mean that 1 person who offered his three on that trade, then yes. And if you are referring to all of your buyers, then I'll also say that many people are also willing to pay 4 ref - 1 key.

I don't disagree. I think your range is actually good. Like I said, I just hate it when people knowlingly don't present all of the data. To me, that's deceptive and is why a lot of the suggestions, even some that get accepted, are just wrong. The mods can't spend an hour doing the proper research for counterproof for EVERY suggestion. It's our responsibility to do a thorough job ourselves. And if I gave you all my research, I don't understand why you wouldn't include it.

If you are genuinely after supporting an accurate price, then let voters decide with all the data.

No worries man :). I think you should keep it. It's really a close call either way, and this should be one where the voters should decide the outcome. If I were forced to pick yay or nay, I would upvote this suggestion.

Although, from my experience, voters tend to be very positive on this sort of suggestion. Heck, on my last suggestion, I accidentally suggested a price and gave proof on the wrong hat and I got 90% positive votes. So I bet this will pass.
