The only ones showing interest are the 11 key ones. Notably, people are also offering White Bills', 11 keys and we got a crazy kid running around offering a sapper + 'sweets' for it.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9541508 <-- Bill's + 1 key is his B/O.
Haven't done a price suggestion before (well, I have, but it was shit).
Let me know if there's anything wrong with the proof, or if you want more - but these are really the only ones showing interest.
Update: Buyer's Proof

Can't add in any more as of yet due to some modem issues.
You only have 1 like of proof that was selling for 9 keys. If you look at the item history, you can see that it has had 4 other owners since he sold it. I am staying neutral for now.
some counterproof
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9710736 buying at 10.
not 9 keys yet
Yeah, I did consider that it isn't really going past 10, but 9 keys is the buyer's area.
I'll add in some buyer proof if I can, internet is getting obscure.
make sure the 9 key buyers are sucessful
Oh naturally, but people don't seem to be buying multiple of these (being an item that will fall due to natural depreciation via hypo), so it's tricky to locate successful sales.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9293970 <-- Buying 8 keys, not bad in comparison to the fact that the buyer is lowballing everything else, but unsuccessful.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9703254 <-- Offer of 11 keys, very recent.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9458822 <-- Wants 10 keys, 3 days ago (which is before the 10-12 range kicked in)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9471156 <-- Wants 11
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9574623 <-- At least 10
Hopefully this isn't getting too crazy, I can't tell much due to my connection at the moment.
the guy in your 2nd link sold his for 11 in an hr, 1st link looks like he sold for 11 since hes got 11 new keys in bp and that took 4 hrs and the bills + 1 key was last bumped 6 days ago and its not in his bp, the rest are people looking for offers which I don't really see as proof, downvote
Well, again, natural depreciation seems to really be my only confirming way to create a low in the range (aside from 6-7 key outpost lowballers, which have not been taken).
mm still don't really see any proof for lowering the price beyond maybe changing 12 to 11, for example http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9708964 had an add for 11 although its still in his bp, alternatively http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9711799 sellin for 10, I think 10-11 would be better
I think I'm going to close this down before it gets ugly, might re-attempt soon.
