It's a Hat for a set, the hat is required for the set to work. It's a Middle tier hat wtih a Low tier unusual, I think it deserves a higher price.

Spin whatever tale you want to try and justify an increase, but it'll never be accepted unless you have actual proof of offers/sales in the suggested range.
