http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9613220 B/O: 1 Bud, no offers
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9357758 Asking for 30, nothing to come even close to that.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9440095 B/O: 1 Bud + 4 Keys, no good offers.
... B/Os don't dictate the whole market value
try and look for successful sales through the history of the item, B/Os don't mean much and you should look to see if people have sold for 27
If half people are asking for 27, why the hell high range would be 29...
maybe it would make more sense to lower the high end if 27 keys are unsold
It's not like one person would be selling for 27. That's few of them...
And considering your price voting is only 58.3% accurate and you don't have anything really valuable in your backpack, I won't go more into this discussion.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9699774 - this hat + buds + 2 keys for a max
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9695310 - he added a buds for a max: http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440/1555860257/162/6
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9157701 - sold for bubbles big chief (17-22 keys)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9271522 - sold for steaming stout shako (25-30 keys)
Ignoring the big chief sale, a slight price reduction looks good.
