Another EXTREME lowballed hat. Only 4 in the world.

Indeed. Fetti/flies hats are very underpriced...which is good for a quickbuyer like me...but come when I have one of these hats I'm appalled by the lowballs.

I agree this is a lowballed-hat, but I don't necessarily agree with the price of max 1 bud. It's a cancer effect, but there is a large range. upvote.

It's not a cancer effect for the newer hats, like TC and such that were released when the new effects came out, resulting in few old effects on those hats.
