Benefit of the doubt since last update was apparently yesterday. Hadn't checked that until right before I posted this and had already gather my evidence. I was considering 7 keys flat before I noticed that.

The problem with crate 40 is that the crate 52 "killed" the most wanted item on this crate "The Huntsman". People want festive Huntsman now. That leaves only one good item on this crate "The Sapper". But even the sapper price is dropping right now. The price will not go up anytime soon. Good luck to the owners of this crate. Upvoted

Why are you so blind, the last one got accepted 1 day ago... If you set this price ppl will start to offer 1 key less than the marked price... This crate was removed, So its price needs to go up, not down.

Baloo can't set any price. Admins decide if its the right price or not based on the proof, and there are a huge number of people selling for less. Why would you buy for 8 keys, when people are selling for 7? and "its price needs to go up, not down." According to who? I didn't know you got to decide whether a items price rises or falls.

Explain to me why 7-7.5 is more accurate than 7. I see many people trying to sell for 7. Do people still pay 7.5 for it?

This suggestion is a screenshot of a market and only presents the evidence I could find. Therefore there could be multiple sales that we are missing here since I only spent about 15 minutes making this suggestion. Since the last suggestion was also accepted so recently it'd be wrong to rule out anything happening above 7 keys so quickly and instead take a gradual notch down. If you notice a lot of the backpacks that are selling for 7 keys are now gone, closed, or have interest shown in the trade.

The Crate 40 shall not see salvation anymore. Upvoted.

Crate 40 will eventually go up, people will realize that once the 50 hype is over, the 40s and 30s will go back up. Just give it time

Please tell that to everyone selling for less because that's not what is happening at the moment and at the moment prices are going down therefore backpack.tf should record that.

I bought one for 8 keys a while back for a good deal thinking they would go up, and that plan has gone down the toilet. I just have hope that it will go up.......hope

Then wait it out a couple months. Look at the 2012 festives, they've been discontinued longer and were available for a shorter amount of time, but they haven't really been rising in price that much if at all contrary to many original hoarders expectations.

pretty much this, when crate 40 went up a little bit people thought it was from it being retired, was just hype though, next time it'll be cause it;s retired.
