These things seem to be a hard sell at 2 keys, but that's what most people are selling them for. There are also a few trying to sell under 2 keys, so a small price shift should be taken.
Classifieds has a single 8 Ref seller, http://backpack.tf/classifieds/search/Vintage%20Hotrod
That's about 1.8 keys, give or take.
There's 2 pages of sellers on OP, the second page very short.

Here's a quick stroll through it.

Pretty much all 2 Key sellers. However, there's one trade that stands out.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9701135
They want a key + 4 ref, which is about 1.92 keys. About a day old, and no takers yet.
Now then, let's go to the buyers.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/93102897
Nobody's willing to buy for 2 keys straight, most trades only want a key (but nobody has added them for that price, so it seems)
However, take a look at http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/3104196.
Within the last 2 weeks, 2 people have offered 7 ref and 1.5 keys.
(2 weeks ago, a key was about 4 ref, so that translates to 1.75 keys) However, the guy offering 1.5 keys actually was giving change for 2 keys in the form of SBK Sniper Rifle Mk. 2 and a reclaimed. Keys were about 4.11 when he posted this. If we use the median of backpack.tf (1.44ish) for the Sniper Rifle, then he wanted 6.45 refined for his Hotrod, which translates to... about 1.5 keys in last week's economy. Apologies if that was really confusing, but deducing from the limited amount of proof (2 OP pages, many selling with unique levels/paint that didn't help), there are people selling for 1.5 keys, 1.75 keys, and still many sellers at 2 keys that we can assume have sold at least a few.
I'm sorry if this is a bit lackluster in proof, but I cannot find any counterproof, and it's hard to find many sales at 2 keys.

Try to find something here
lol that last suggestion
.unsold at 2 keys for 3 minutes
5 days old-last bumped 3 days ago
others havent been bumped recently
Hmm. They buy at 2 keys on warehouse and are currently overstocked (they changed their max from 80 to 50). So that means about 14 have sold for 2 keys-ish since they made that change? Not sure if this helps or hurts. On the one hand it is overstock, on the other hand they are down to 66 from 80.
Also, they are selling for 4.30-4.60 on steam market which would be 2 keys+. Not sure about this...
The overstock could have came from much earlier times. All 66 of those hotrods could have been sold to warehouse 5 months ago for all we know. It's a bit difficult to prove anything from WH, all we know know is that at some point some people sold and bought for 2 keys, we just don't know when, so it's not so important either way.
No, the change is a new one (last couple of weeks). Sure wh is tricky, but the ones sold for 2 keys on market are pretty clear counterproof.
Possibly. However, if we're going to use Steam Market as proof, then you can't disregard the ones sold for 3.68, and 4.30. Keys mediate to about 2.20. There are a few 4.40 sales, but also these occasional lower ones. Besides, 2 keys is still in the range, so there it shows that there is a healthy market at 2 keys, but also some sellers at a bit lower key prices.
In the last week:
8 sold for $4.57-4.61
1 sold for $4.51
1 sold for $4.40
1 sold for $4.30
1 sold for $3.68 - outlier
Since when do we regard Market as accurate proof anyways? A Vintage Heavy Duty Rag sells on the Steam Market for about 3.34 right now (average from last week was about 3).
Keys sell for 2.20. So when was a V. Heavy Duty Rag worth 1.3 keys? Judging by Backpack.tf as well as spreadsheet as well as Outpost, it's only a key.
Also, I see you're trying to sell one for 2 keys, which might be half the reason you're trying to counter this suggestion. Comment when you sell that thing, ok?
You can count on it :).
Oh lol, I just declined an offer of 1 key + 4 ref. Time stamp, steam chat offer all still intact:

He literally just bought my UC hotrod.
Whatta coincidence.
2 keys sold.

Just because 1 seller sells bit cheaper (2 rec or 1 rec) doesnt mean that the whole price has to be lowered by 2 ref jeez. Downvote
Ok, so it's possible to sell at 2 keys. However, as I've shown, there are people willing to sell for lower. I didn't remove 2 keys, it's still in the range. There's just a small market for people selling for less.
I had one of these and sold for 3 keys in one week...
Trade proof with timestamp or it didn't happen, I'm sorry.
I did I put a add up for it on this very site
Trade history, please.
Either way, it's probably one of the extremes. You know how on the Steam Market you see those random dips and jumps where a person buys an item worth a dollar for 8 dollars or 20 cents? It's probably akin to those people, the exception that we disregard.
I had 2 and its really hard to sell for 2keys. After 10days i sold both for 3.5keys
So you sold them each at 1.75 keys?
In hindsight, I should have raised the low end a bit, but that supports the suggestion nevertheless.
i think the range would be better if 1.75-2keys
It is a pretty undesirable hat.
link 4 offer of 1 key + 3 ref, more proof of 1.5 keys offers/sold?
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9638742 has offer of 1.75
your classified link has sold
A few 2 key trades have sold from the commenters proof and previous trade.
steam market average is 2 keys
But tf2wh is overstocked at nearly 2 keys
Steam market has a few under 2 keys right now
Many unsold at 2 keys.
It can go down but 1.5 is too low, that 1.7-2 key suggestion was actually great I dont know why the OP closed it.
