It was not sold for less, and whatsoever, one trader selling for a bit less than the range doesn't count. *cough* quicksell and he likes the other hat better *cough*

He isn't quickselling.. theres like 3 trying to go for 4 atm.

4 buds isn't a quick sell when it's in the current range...

A lot of the older ones have BOs of 4, two trades were slightly above 4 and one around 3.8. Also, the difference between your suggested price and the old price is about .2 buds, which for an almost 4 bud hat is a 5% difference. For these small changes, a two month period must elapse before suggesting such a change.
