The Strange Scattergun market is way too saturated to justify a price raise. It's simply too easy to find trades at 1 ref. It's unnecessary to raise the price for a weapon that literally everyone can find easily.

Go to outpost, search for the s. scattergun, and go to page 20: http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/93412245/20 the trades there are at most 5 hours old. Also, the existence of botkillers does not help the normal strange scattergun market.

At this point, it's easier to get a scattergun by posting a trade that says "buying scattergun for 1 refined", and you will get it in no time.

I didn't see any offers of 1.33 ref anywhere. There are adds at 1.33, but only a couple of them. Not sure if it warrants a price increase though.

WAYYYYY too many of these trying to get sold on backpack.tf alone for it to ever go up in price.

Only three of the 1.33 links have sold, and one of them had a defender kills part on it.

People can list whatever they want as a buyout: if barely anyone buys at that price then buyouts don't mean anything.
